- TO OUR CLIENTS -

Free parking available. Please be aware of others by placing mobile phone on silent.

Treatments will require a 50% deposit on booking to secure a booking time. Treatments may need to be rebooked if more than 15mins late or shortened to allow for pre-booked appointments. 

- CANCELLATION POLICY -

We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel/reschedule any appointment could you please provide 24 hours notice. We send conformation texts 2 days before your appointment, once confirmed if for any reason you need to reschedule/cancel please call the salon. Less than 3 hours notice will incur a fee of $35 per hour (to cover wages). A no show once appointment has been confirmed will loose their deposit.
We understand that things come up and plans change but unfortunately as we are a small business, last minute changes to the diary greatly affect how we run as a salon.
This is not a comfortable policy for our staff to have to enforce so please make this process easier by respecting our policy.
