SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship Australia wide

You will receive your order anywhere from 1-14 business days from the date that it is shipped out. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This doesn't include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

We have a flat shipping rate of $10 on orders under $150. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Delivery time frames are provided as a guide only. Once the order has been placed in the hands of the postal service we can no longer control the speed in which your item will move at, and the ETA of the order is governed by this service.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not provide refunds unless an item is faulty.

Subject to the below conditions, if you are not happy with an item you have received, we will issue you with a refund if you return the item to us in the manner set out below.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer returns or refunds on open products due to Australian hygiene & safety standards.
